Juergen Fenk joins the Primonial Group to take over property activities in Europe alongside Laurent Fléchet

Juergen will report directly to Laurent Fléchet, Deputy Managing Director in charge of the Primonial group’s real estate activities.

Juergen Fenk will take up his post on 1st March 2021.

Graduated in Economics from the University of Munich, Juergen Fenk has held international management positions in property, capital markets and banking for more than 28 years. He brings extensive experience and expertise in the creation, merger, management and growth of private and public companies in Europe and the United States.

Juergen joins the Primonial group from the SIGNA Group (Berlin/Vienna), where he was a member of the Executive Board, overseeing the group’s banking, capital markets and fundraising activities. In addition, he founded the group’s venture capital unit, focusing on Prop-Tech & Clean Tech, and successfully implemented the ESG strategy.

Previously, he held management positions in banks and investment companies in Germany, France, Poland, Ireland, Austria and the United States.

Juergen is Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and was its European Chairman until June 2020.
